The input-output-hk/cardano-sl GitHub repository is the location where the Cardano Settlement Layer (SL) is hosted. Cardano SL, maintained by Input Output Hong Kong (IOHK), is the implementation of the Cardano protocol which maintains the blockchain and transaction logic.
